The creation of a new office spaces over 4 floors.

Works involved creation of new office units which included:

New floor added to the roof. Full strip out.

Complete replacement of the Mechanical and electrical services.

Formation of new lift shafts and openings in structural floors.

Refurbishment of all fixtures and fittings.

Refurbishment of existing facades. New glazing package.

Replacement of floor coverings and Decoration throughout.

Creations of new WC and Kitchen on each floor.

Decathlon Staines

Shell scheme converting a redundant unit ready for fit out to a new Decathlon.
Works comprised removing a large planter area, excavating to reduced levels and creating display area.

Demolishing existing cavity brickwork and installing new curtain walling.
Forming new lift and staircase openings by removing concrete floor.
New roof coverings. Supply and installation of new signage.

Haydock Industrial Estate

Refurbishment of 15no. Industrial units in Merseyside which included Replacement of Roofing to all units, New Flooring, Mechanical & Electrical upgrades.

Replacement of Loading Bays and Fire Shutter Doors (including Alarm upgrades), External Cladding Replacement and Masonry Repairs.

Hepworth Park - Redditch

Development of £1.3 million Project for Commercial & Industrial units based in Redditch.

Demolition of existing units and the re-building and re-fitting of all units.
