Lloyds Court Management Suite
The refurbishment and redevelopment of Lloyds Court Shopping centre in Central Milton Keynes.
The scheme provides 11,258 m² of retail and restaurant units. which included:
Full strip out of internal finishes back to shell.
Asbestos removal in all areas.
Full refurbishment to the Landlords areas to install new LED Lighting.
Full revamp to the courtyard areas.

The development of new 3 storey buildings comprising of multiple residential units with commercial units located on ground floor.
Additional residential dwellings at rear of 3 storey building. Works comprised demolition of existing site, foundations & groundworks to new build, full build, M&E, brickworks, roofing, glazing and internals.
